Since new version, no more activated ?!

Dear Ken,

Since I updated the software to the latest version, i didn’t realized, but it seems that my product is no more activated.

I try to activate it, and it says that the code is not valid…

I bought it in october, the activation is only for 2 month ?

Sorry for the problem. Do you have access to your activation code, and can you try activating again? If it does not work email the helpdesk your order info and we’ll get it fixed.

For your information, I’ve managed to solve the issue without conctacting the helpdesk.
I’ve uninstalled the programm.

I’ve installed again.

The product wasn’t activated, and i’ve activated it with success.
