For whatever reason Glass wire is no longer tracking my internet usage (downloads form apps, hosts, etc.)
Our driver has stopped running for some reason. If you reboot, does it start again?
If not please uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall our latest version using our “clean” install option and see if that helps. Please uninstall GlassWire using add/remove programs only, not with third party uninstallers that can’t properly uninstall our driver.
Will reinstalled it keep my current history?
The “clean” install option will not keep your history, that was an important thing I should have mentioned and I apologize for not doing so.
If it’s critical to keep your history then do a regular reinstall and see if that helps.
Restarting my PC was enough it seems.
If you use any software that kills services, please white list our service so it will not stop running in the future. Sorry for the problem.
Has it broken again? I am having the same issue I had on my old PC on my new PC.
