I just got a system file changed notification under windows\system32\drivers\etc\hots is this something i should be worried about
Did you recently change your host file?
This Howtogeek.com article has info on what your host file is and how to check it.

It is not recommend you change it or edit it unless you know what you’re doing.
If the host file is anything other than the default host file (shown by Howtogeek), and if you did not change it then something weird could be going on.
