What application showed this? Was it during a Windows Update when this happened?

mine will not update or I cannot uninstall as the computer crashes every time…
It crashes with or without the update???
I tried to uninstall from programs and features and it still crashed the computer…

If you reboot, then try to uninstall again does it still crash?

What error do you see when you try to update by installing over your current version?
