There should be a "click to unblock"

lets say I wan to block all traffic except a few apps, I would use “click to unblock”

There is, kind of. Go to the “Firewall” tab, then at the top middle you’ll see “Firewall Profiles”. Create a new profile in “Ask to connect” mode, then deny everything but the apps you want to allow.

But, I guess you are saying there should be a “Block All” where you can choose to unblock just a couple things?

that requires the needed software to have initiated a connection already, you iirc cant pre-add anything.

well wouldnt be too bad especially because the notifs of software that didnt connect yet but then does want to connect.
