Since upgrade “things” does not find the PC it is installed on or my cell.
If you manually press “scan” does it appear?
Is your network segmented somehow? For example do you have a separate “guest” network for security where certain devices cannot interact?

I have nothing special on my pc. I am served by Hughsnet and use a booster. after pressing “scan” my booster was found bur not my PC or cell.
After you check your phone IP, are you able to successfully ping your phone from your PC?
