Transferring licence to new computer problems

I have been trying to transfer my license to a new computer, but every time I enter the key code from the email I got when I first licensed Glasswire it says ‘invalid - please buy a new code’.

My license is a lifetime version - maybe that is part of the problem?

Also, after highlighting and then right clicking on it and selecting ‘copy’ the window that opens to receive the code does not work…nothing happens when I click ‘paste’. I have to type it by hand…whats up with that?

Is it possible you’re typing in the order number and not the code? If so, typing the code with the dashes in it should solve the problem. That code is in the body of the email.
