Hi. When GW informs me there is an update, I download it and go to install. It starts the uninstall process then shows the pop-up saying it could not complete the process and to select abort, retry, ignore. Retry and or ignore don’t work,so I close it down and wind up having to delete GW manually then install the new update. I guess this isn’t as much asking for help as it’s a heads up. I’m trying to remember how many updates there have been since I’ve installed GW, three maybe four times but I think I’ve had to do this each time. Thank you for your help. Nunyo.
Thanks for reporting this. Can you try installing our current version on top of itself again and see if you notice this problem again?
