Unblocking software for the Internet, not possible

I installed the software, and I locked some programs. Now, after a while, I can’t lock any more software, nor can I unlock them, until I buy a license.
What to do now? Remove the software?

  • uninstall GW
  • reinstall GW with resetting Windows FW

Will removing the software unblock the software, or do I also need to reset the firewall?
