I upgraded my OS to android 10 (Oneplus 6T). I am not getting any app usage detected in Glasswire. Can you please look into it?

Also if you recently updated to Android 10 sometimes GlassWire can stop working, but usually uninstalling it and reinstalling our app can solve it. You may want to reboot your phone before reinstalling GlassWire. With major OS updates this can happen with many Android apps and not just ours.
