Webroot, WSA, Containing a Trojan File?

Hello, glassware or the jiangmin drive detected the following trojan file: Trojan.Generic.czvxz while running webroot. I unistalled webroot promptly. Is webroot not a safe antivirus software. I have read that many people on here use WSA as a good anti-virus protector.

Can somebody clarify or shed some light on this for me?

It looks like you are using the VirusTotal API to analyze a file. In my opinion it’s most likely a false positive but you can be sure by emailing JiangMin to report the potential false positive at support@jiangmin.com.
