Why is Glasswire showing my AT&T Router IP address as my Network Address instead of my laptops IP address. If it is showing my router as my Network, it isn’t showing all devices connected to the network.
Why isn’t my Cell phone shown as connected to the Network? My Roku was and I wasn’t even using it.
If you go to the top left GlassWire menu and choose “About”, what version of GlassWire do you have?
For your Roku, it may be connected even if you aren’t using it at the time. For your mobile phone, is it possible it’s on a segmented network?
If you’re using an older version of GlassWire please upgrade to our latest version. We recently made some changes to make the “Network” tab better.
