Why can't I completely block these unknown processes/files (tngtqpnn.tmp)?

For several days I have been flooded with GlasWire warnings of the same type.
It’s always originating from am unsigned tmp file of the same name (tngtqpnn.tmp), which is trying to connect to cloudflare on port 80:

Any new attempt comes from a new temporary subdir within my c:\windows\tmp, so I guess that’s why GlassWire doesn’t consider them to be the same app/process?

The target address is cdn. globalsigncdn. com. cdn. cloudflare. net on port 80
I only assume (though not knowing much about them) that cloudflare is comparably serious and not really an origin of malware. Even though, I don’t want it, as I have never been using anything related to Cloudflare willingly.
Above all, it’s a complete nuisance getting these alerts approx. 100 times a day!

Submitting them to VirusTotal yields no result (“File not found”).

And GlassWire doesn’t seem to give me any options to permanently deal with these files (“The application is inactive or not enough data is collected about it”).
Or does it?

Each time when I try to have a look at the reported file and dir, it is gone already.

What are my options here to get rid of the flooding?
Any help highly appreciated!

Is there a chance to get an answer to my issue from the devs?
The way GlassWire is working right now in my case makes it nearly useless for me (forcing me to click deny “Deny” for approx. 100 meaningless alerts a day, resulting in a never-ending pile of meaningless entries in my alert list.
I really hope that having purchased a double license recently will not turn out as a wrong decision…

Just to anser my issue myself. The tmp files mentioned seem to derive from my VPN software, thus not being malware.
I did find this out only by throwing away my GlassWire premium (which apparenty has been completely helpless in dealing with it) and switching to Zone Alarm trial instead. ZA instantly identified the origin of these tmp files right after installation.
Just a pity that no one from GW felt the urge to answer to my post. That’s an end to GW for me.
