while downloading from torrent the glasswire is using 100% of disk

Go to the top left GlassWire menu and switch to “Incognito” mode. Bittorrent works by connecting to hundreds or thousands of hosts/servers simultaneously, and GlassWire must work very hard to keep track of all this information and log it for its graph.
