As nobody has answered you so far maybe due to not enough detail being supplied could you be more explicit please ? Its not "Glasswire,s " Firewall Glasswire staff have made it perfectly plain its Windows Firewall they use any action taken by the user in relation to blocking apps is ultimately down to Windows system interpretation of its own firewall and its implementation .Windows have their own inbuilt rules for its firewall and wont allow major changes to the basic running of its firewall process (other than turning it off which defeats the purpose ) . If the aforesaid isnt the right interpretation of your question could you (or others ) correct it by supplying more detail ?
