Okey same problem with 3.2.9xx but I have some more information, Besides the dmp file I sent you. Here is how to reproduce it. Windows 10 pro Vpn PIA with split tunneling activated in OpenVPN, Lan authorized, shadow socks activated ( so 2 relay points), personalized dns pointed to nextdns, most of the app bypassing vpn, only some throw vpn only.
