Access password is invalid (Windows 10)

Cannot connect to remote host from a paid monitoring host, every time there is a message “access password is invalid”.
But i’m sure the password is correct!

Can you ping that remote host or connect another way? Perhaps you need port forwarding?

Thanks Ken for the quick reply, but I was too fast complaining. After reboot of both PC’s the connecting has been made.
