An app named "System" That has no path, version, publisher, ect. is using network and I can't block it. What is this?

There’s an app named “System” in my firewall tab that uses the network periodically and it has no path, version, publisher, and can’t be scanned with VirusTotal. I also can’t block it. Does anybody know what this is? Picture below
