ARP tablet content over and over again

Hi!
i just got notifications that my MAC address is changing from …-26-4a to …26-4b Over and Over again. it changes 1-10 times every 5 min?
i rebooted my router,
i did a virus scan, nothing,
i did a malware scan, found this

Trojan.BlockAV, HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\SHAREDACCESS\PARAMETERS\FIREWALLPOLICY\FIREWALLRULES|{60905F87-8E12-4DD6-B4E7-19E40A1D87EC}

"Delete-on-Reboot" rebooted, scanned, Clean, still the mac is changing over and over again, checked if there was some suspicious data going up or down, didn’t find anything…

anyone got any idea of why this is?

On your network do you have a router behind a router or anything else unusual? I saw something like this once and it was caused by an incorrectly configured network that caused devices to keep switching MAC addresses.
