Ask To Connect - by software to server

So I see that there is now a feature that is called “Ask To Connect”.

Does the feature allow blocking a particular software from connecting to a particular server?

As an example: can the feature block Microsoft Edge from connecting to Facebook.com while allowing Edge to connect to the rest of the Internet?

And Facebook.com could still be accessed using Chrome or Firefox or Opera?

With Ask to connect you can only block new applications from accessing the network. There are other apps that have more details and allow you to block only certain servers, etc… but we don’t have that functionality.
