Blocking Apps to connect to other networks and allow current

is there a way to block an application from other subnets or specific IPs? But allow everything else?

This is on our “to do” list, but it’s not available yet along with total host blocking.

Yes I know how that feels. I will take it as it is an estimation.
But for the time being i will have to change to another solution.
