Can I Disable Only Upload of Particular Software?

Dear Team,

Is there Any way I can Block a Particular Software to Upload From My PC? On the Other Contrary I want to Keep the Download Option Okay. I Mean The Software will Download but Won’t Be Able to Upload. Possible?

No. We block and allow only.

Most software won’t work correctly if you were able to do this anyway.
