• Can I separate traffic by NIC (physical card)?

• Is there a way to monitor only one NIC (physical card)?

• Is there a way to ignore one or more NIC (physical card)?

Currently GlassWire monitors all network activity and cannot separate by device. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You could always package GW with Wireshark which is also a great tool to use!
