Can we please get a response from tech support regarding Glasswire constantly crashing?

I have contacted Glasswire support through email with no response. I have posted on the forum with no response. You guys have scheduled two maintenance updates and the program is still not working. After opening it crashes within a minute. It also says there is no network connection under the network scanner. I have a premium paid version of the program. Please help.
