I’ve just bought Glassware Pro and I have 11 devices connected 4 of which I know are no longer connected to my network. I have tried ‘scan’ and the same connections are still listed. I paid $100 for this software thinking I could do more than just the free version and all I can see additional are the devices connected or were connected to my network. Not very happy at present.

If you restart GlassWire does it make any difference? Do you see a dmp file on your desktop? We had another user with a similar problem who found that the GlassWire driver was crashing so the device information was not updating for them. By upgrading to our latest version it solved the problem for that user.
