Cloud server could not be contacted

Hi everyone. After I tried to login to the desktop app (windows 11), it shows me ‘GlassWire’s cloud server could not be contaced.’.

What I already tried:

  • Uninstall, reboot, install.
  • Uninstall, reset firewall settings, reboot, install.
  • I have installed comodo firewall. I turned it off.

So yes, it can looks like the issue is in my PC. But I have couple of proof, that the issue is not in my PC.

  • I tried multiple sites for checking IP (217.119.121.226) and port (443) and every single one said that the port 443 is closed.
  • This is the log from wireshark:

  • telnet for 217.119.121.226 443 did not worked but telnet for 217.119.121.226 22 worked so only a port can be a problem but 443 is opened everywhere by default and no issue with other softwares with activating or https websites
