I have downloaded Glasswire but cannot run it as message says my system is not compatible with it. Please answer with not technical language as that will just construct another barrier to my getting help. Thanks

Sorry for the problem. Do you use a Mac or Windows? If you use Windows can you tell me what version of Windows you have?
GlassWire does not work with Mac, it only work with Windows 7, 8, and 10.

I don’t know from numbers, or how to find out, but I am using a hp G70-257CL notebook PC running windows vista. It has the “intel” Pentium. It is not new. Does that help. Remember I am almost totally computer illiterate. JWC
Unfortunately we don’t support Windows Vista, but you may be able to upgrade to Windows 10 depending on your computer type. We do support Windows 10.
