Desktop dumps in combination with Sonic Studio 2 audio driver

i’m getting a lot of desktop dumps like GWIdlMon.exe.6916 (clean install).

i opened some of these dumps with visual studio and noticed it has problems with 0x659B2951 (SS2DevProps.dll).

SS2DevProps.dll is the sound driver from my onboard soundcard (asus mainboard).

system: windows 10 64bit, intel i5 6600K, 16gb ram,
glasswire 1.2.73

Can you try updating the Asus driver, then uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall the latest GlassWire version with the “clean” option?

Hi Ken,

i completely clean-reinstalled win10 64 today because i changed the license and the problem with all drivers and a fresh install still persists.

@dee1337 Thanks for your feedback. We’ll investigate and see what we can do on our end, meanwhile it may be worth letting Asus know about the problem also. We don’t do anything with audio so I’m not sure why this would occur.
