i searched google but nothing clear, this could be a virus?
A google search reveals Media Coder ( An audio/video transcoding tool ) installs this service as a driver. Did you install it by any chance?
I also found mentions of it on several malware forums. So if you didnt install media coder, then chances are your system might be infected. In any case, run a full anti virus and anti malware scans.
