Double charged and Product not activated

I have been charged on my debit and credit card for the Product.

I’m £60 out of pocket and cannot believe i have to sign up to a forum to get Customer Support ???

Hoping for a speedy fix.

Sorry you’re having difficulty activating your premium licenses. I can confirm that you have purchased the Duo Plan which gives you 2 Premium licenses, allowing you to activate Premium on 2 devices.

To activate Premium, ensure GlassWire on your device is logged into your account, this should automatically assign one of the licenses, if not click the “Upgrade” button.

I have also sent you an email with step by step instructions.
