Dump File and "GlassWire service stopped running"

Hi All,

I’ve recently started noticing dump files being created on my desktop by GlassWire, the name is formatted as the following: GWCtlSrv.exe.xxxx.dmp and every time I see that file, I know GlassWire stopped working and I see the message “GlassWire service stopped running” and a prompt to restart the GlassWire service.

I’m on version 2.2.241 running on Windows 10 build 19041.450. Any ideas what’s happening here?

Sorry for the issue. If you run Windows Update and reboot does it solve it?

If not, can you email us the .dmp file using something like Google Drive or Dropbox?
