Error when trying to upgrade from the GlassWire app, licenses.

It’s a pleasure to be here sharing with you.
If possible, please help me.
On the 5th I purchased two GlassWire Premium licenses. But I can’t upgrade the app. I’ve tried it from two computers.

(I previously installed one, but when I did it on the other computer, I got the message I will write to you now, I uninstalled it, so now it doesn’t let me from either of the two PCs.

The message that is generated, from the GlassWire app, is the following:

“Sing in failed. An existing account is already signed into GlassWire on this
device. To sign in with a different account, this device must first be deleted from the endpoints list of
the existing accoun”

I know I’m doing something wrong, I already close the session from the web console, but the same result in the Glass Wire app, sorry if I don’t explain myself very well.

They were having problems logging in. Try again today and it should work. If not, send them an email. they respond quickly.
