Excessive CPU taken by GW 1.2.118 Control Service after wake up from Sleep

I did a clean install of GW 1.2.118 on a Windows 10 64-bit with an i7 2.6Ghz CPU.
On boot all seems normal and the GW Control Service process takes between 0.3% and 1% of CPU.
Now if you put the system into sleep mode, after awaking from sleep the CPU usage of the same process goes to 5% ++ and stays there forever . This seems excessive to me. And this is with the Application CLOSED!

By exiting the application (if open) and killing the service process (using Process Explorer), then re-starting both in a clean way, everything goes back to normal (between 0.3% and 1% of CPU).

This can be duplicated at will. Probably a bug to look at…
