Feature Request - Protect Multi Select Delete

PLEASE… allow us to multiselect entries in the Protect to bulk delete vs cleaning up one by one andhaving to click EACH one and then OK each time.

+1 that’s a great feature :slight_smile:

Thanks for the feedback @Fursty! Are you referring to the “Hide app” action for the applications on the GlassWire Protect tab?

I think he meant deleting entries, like pressing the x near an entry :slight_smile:

Got it, thanks for clarifying! Could you share a bit more about your use case? When an app accesses the network again, it will automatically reappear in the list. I’m curious to understand how you’re using this feature, and what situations make a bulk delete option for the firewall list most helpful for you.

Mostly cleaning entries for old uninstalled software or old entries of the same program that’s being added on each version update of that program :slight_smile:

Uninstalled/superseded software appears in a separate section and you can delete all those entries with a single click.

@ittroll Oh that’s a feature I havn’t been aware of! Thanks!

I just tried that, but whenever I press the x on the whole uninstalled section - after a few seconds the program hangs and the whole page is gone from the UI, then I encounter the “Glasswire service has stopped running” :frowning:

@Huda_GlassWire Maybe my list is just too big? if so deleting batches can help.. if not, maybe it’s a bug? has anyone encountered that?
I’ve tried that twice and that happened both times :smiling_face_with_tear:

After couple more tries I managed to delete everything, so probably the list was too big for it to handle :open_mouth:

Thanks for clarifying and glad to hear you were able to remove the uninstalled apps from the list!
