I hope this message finds you well. I would like to propose a couple of feature enhancements that I believe would significantly improve the user experience for both Windows and Android users of GlassWire.
- Real-Time Network Throughput Display on Windows:
Currently, GlassWire does an excellent job of capturing and monitoring network activity, but I believe it would be even more beneficial if users could see the actual network throughput directly in the system tray or taskbar. This would allow for quick and easy access to real-time data without the need to switch between applications. Many users, including myself, currently rely on additional software to monitor this information, and integrating this feature into GlassWire would streamline the experience and enhance its functionality. - *Network Speed Display on Android Notification Bar:
For Android users, I suggest adding the capability to display network speed or throughput directly in the notification bar. This would eliminate the need to drop down the notification window multiple times to view the information. A simple, unobtrusive display of the current network speed in the notification bar would provide users with immediate access to this important data, enhancing usability and convenience.
I believe these enhancements would not only improve the overall functionality of GlassWire but also increase user satisfaction. Thank you for considering these suggestions, and I look forward to seeing how GlassWire continues to evolve!
