Pixel Android phones. This morning is the second time in only a few days I found the firewall master switch OFF. I never turn it off. I turned it back on a few days ago and it was off again this morning. This has happened to my wife also. What might be causing this? I have a Pixel 9a and she has the 7a.
try restarting your phone. Hope that helps. 
Hi. Thanks. Always good advice but my wife and I restart our phones every morning. Every once in a while I notice the firewall doesn’t seem to be working. I open the app and find the master switch is off. This happened to us both recently. I have not installed new software. I have all permissions and battery optimizations set correctly. It’s a random mystery. Wondering if it is happening to others.

Seems like android has a known problem for now.
