Glassware turned off Premium and started demanding to upgrade to Premium, despite the fact that I have Premium

I have license for 10 PC. The license expires in more than six months. But at the same time, on several computers at once, GlassWire switched to the free version and began demanding an upgrade.
What is the problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We did have a temporary problem with the cloud which as results in some endpoints losing connection with the cloud. The issue has already been fixed. If your endpoints are not automatically reconnect, please manually reconnect by logging in to your account from the endpoint.
