Does anybody else find glasswire becoming more and more error prone and their support becoming less and less supportive? Its getting now where i think i cannot trust it anymore. For more than 2 months….yes 2 months i have been emailing back and forth with their support trying to tell them i no longer receive virus total scores in my glasswire protect tab… i wrote to them first of in early august telling them that all of a sudden there were no virus total results automatically appearing in my protect tab,. but that if i click any line i could do a manual check. i also told them that in the settings i had the automatically analyse all apps in the settings. after waiting for nearly 2 weeks i received an email telling me that this function will not work unless i have analyse all apps ticked in the settins. i emailed back and told them they should read their emmails as i had already told them that and that the time taking may leave my computer vulnerable. anyway, i have been getting an email back from them every one or two weeks and then iu reply. now nearly 3 months later i still havent gotten anywhere with them. This is very very poor support for a security program. maybe they are on verge of going bust and cannot afford support staff or programmers. Does anyoneknow of a similar program i could purchase that is reliable?
Oh, i did get an email back at beginning of september telling me they were aware of the problem and thewy are looking into and would get back to me as soon as possible, i guess thats only a little over a month ago…..thats good speed to look at a program that is supposed to secure your computer
