I am a Glasswire Elite user, and it is crashing every couple of days on one laptop, requiring a restart of the service.
I have tried a clean install several times now but it is still occurring.
I have a GWCCtlSrv.exe.6452.dmp on my desktop but it is 1.90 GB.
I would love to know the culprit but how do I transfer such a large file to you?
I am using v3.3.498 but these crashes started some time/versions ago.

Hi @paulderdash ,
Please can you upload the crash dump to Google Drive or Dropbox and email the access link to me help@glasswire.com .
Please address the email FAO Katie so that I can make sure it redirected to the right team.
Thanks,
Katie
I sent two dump links on 28 March FAO Katie. Any news?
It still happens.
Can I delete those dumps, and/or send more dumps?
Paul
As mentioned here: Glasswire Continues to Crash Regularly - #2 by paulderdash
I see this sort of thing after each crash >
Still awaiting a response from the devs.
It may be an edge case, but I have it on two laptops (every night on my main laptop, less frequently on the other).
But on the other hand, these may be the same problem?:
Make sure you have latest version of GW. Uninstall and reinstall with [Clean Install] selected and [Set Browser to Default]. Hope that helps.
This is probably an isolated issue, which will make it hard to identify the cause. Even Paul indicates that it only affects one of his machines.
Not having any issues here with GlassWire crashes.
Probably need to wait for the devs to dig through the dumps for clues…

I have done multiple clean installs as described, with no effect.
And perhaps it is not an isolated issue:
Glasswire Crashes Regularly. This thread is intended to alert customer support about errors similar to those reported two weeks ago by @paulderdash . The link to that thread is here:
[Would love to have linked, but apparently new users aren’t allowed]
I’ve taken the steps suggested by @Katie_GlassWire , which was to upload two DMP files (one of which is 195 MB, the other is 60 MB) to cloud storage, in this case Proton Drive, and send the links to [OOPS. New Users Are Censored] with the subject l…
I already tried rebooting my pc, reinstalling Glasswire, etc. no luck, the only way to have Glasswire running is manually starting (or restarting at times) the service, why it happen? How do I solve this?
