GlassWire DNS wrong with "new" or other connections? The solution is here

There was a bug with our previous 2.2 release that could cause incorrect DNS lookups in some situations. If you are experiencing this issue you can fix it immediately by following the instructions below:

  1. Open the Windows Command Prompt. Type ipconfig /flushdns Your DNS is now flushed.

  2. If possible (and your GlassWire history is not important) reinstall GlassWire 2.2.210 (or our latest version) “clean”. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall GlassWire. Reboot, then download our latest version and choose “clean install”.

Now your DNS should be correct going forward.

Need your history?
If your history is important to you then you can also choose to just keep everything as is after flushing the DNS. After awhile the DNS will update, but it might take several days or longer.
