can not enable Glasswire Firewall

it maybe your antivirus already replace windows firewall because i have same problem and it caused by the antivirus

Many antivirus applications have options to disable their own firewall, and to continue to use the Windows Firewall API (that GlassWire uses to block).
So, in those cases you can search your antivirus name with something like “keep windows firewall on” and there is usually an option to do so.
