I kind of solved the problem switching over to another VPN, the problem remains with IPV and I think it has to do with their Proxy scrambler (to avoid company firewalls). To reproduce my problem you need:
+Windows 7 Service pack 1 (up to date with system updates) x86-x64 both will give the same result
+Windows firewall defaulted
+IPVanish with all security options checked (Hide port, KillSwitch, etc)
UDP or other configuration (won’t make a difference)
Now when you actually use IPV, glasswire will go dead, nothing will work as I’ve shown in the screenshot above too. Glasswire will work as expected while using other vpn services. So it’s kinda odd but thanks for your time.
