Hi, I bough a year long subscription a while ago and I just got a notification saying to upgrade to premium. I already activated my account and for some reason it is identifying my computer as a different one than when I bought the premium. It also says that the premium account has been offline for two months. Is there any way to fix this?
It sounds like the endpoint has duplicated and the Premium license is stuck on the original. To resolve, please delete the the endpoint which is “offline” and has the Premium license from the endpoints page within the Management Console. You will then be able to assign the now available Premium license to the “online” endpoint.
