I cancelled my Glasswire Personal Plan a few weeks ago because I can’t afford to renew it this year. (although I think it’s a great service and want to get it again in the future)
Somehow it then reactivated anyway using card details that I NEVER gave to Glasswire (I purchased it previously on a card that has since expired).
This is really urgent for me and I need to cancel and have this refunded.
I’ve emailed both help@glasswire-com and billing@glasswire-com but am not getting any reply.
Please can someone from Glasswire contact me!?
