After multiple years of functioning well, this morning Glasswire did not load. I have tried reboot the computer, re-installing GW, and then rebooting, but GW refuses to boot up
If you look at GlassWire’s window does it have an error message, or do you mean GlassWire will not run automatically when your computer boots up?

GW would not load (open) this am. - got nothing. After 5 efforts to re-install, reboot, I finally did a “clean” install which has solved whatever the problem was. I really didn’t want to have to do that because past data is lost, but it is done now. Thank-you.
BTW, I didn’t know I could set GW to run at boot up. I have always started it each time the computer fires up.
