Glasswire's cloud servers could not be contacted

I have been facing issues logging into Glasswire. The application re-routes me to the browser and I enter all details correctly. Glasswire webpage tells me that I was able to successfully login, but desktop app displays error as ‘Glasswire’s cloud servers could not be contacted’. Please help.

Currently our servers are overloaded to a Thanks Giving related activity spike. Our engineers are working on dealing with the higher demand, and we are hopeful that this should be rectified soon.
