GW 3.8.1061 startup impact

Hi I must say so far the new GW 3.8.1061 works good, thank for listening to user feedback.

Is there any way to trim down on the “high startup” impact? GW (all versions for me) seems to be always the last programm to load for me in the taskbar and I don’t really have that much there. I just wanted to ask if there is a chance GW will be more snappy on startup?
Win 11 pro 25H2, OS build 26200.8457.
