A VirusTotal security vendor SecureAge reports GWIdlMon.exe as a malicious file. Only 1 of 73 are reporting that, so I assume this is an error on their part.
There is a lot of legit software that has like 1-3 (false) positive results on Virus Total. If you want to be sure report the file to Secure Age as a false positive and see what they say.
