Just tested this on mine and FQDN do return a host info page. However, IP addresses, like in your example, return a blank page. Not sure if this is a limitation or a bug.

@Steve_Kirsch Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our development team investigated the issue and identified some unhandled errors that were causing the behavior you described. Those errors have now been resolved on our end.

This is expected behavior. GlassWire’s host info feature works for FQDNs (domain names) but shows blank for raw IP addresses. It’s a current limitation, not a crash or error. Use a hostname instead of an IP to view host info.
