Host Process for Windows Services Shows several foreing conections

After installing glasswire I noticed that on the usage tab, the Host Process for Windows Services shows several connections to foreign ip addresses. No other information is provided, I had done spyware and malware scans to ensure there is no infection.
I also used wired shark to confirm the network usage and nothing specific sparked out.

Is there any way to find out more details on these connections?

I like to use VirusTotal.com and their host feature to check the IP addresses for instances like this. It’s probably Windows update or something like that.
